Her belief is as follows: “We are all very unique, and our core needs may be similar, however, we like our needs met in varying ways. We have been clouded by the conditioning of our upbringing, life experiences, and so on. To undo some of the conditioning, reach our authentic self, and radiate at a higher plane may lead to healing, and if not, it shall lead to our genuine self making the determination of what is best for our healing. My intent is to be a tiny part of moving you into that direction.” On a more personal note: Alina truly believes in how much growth there has been and there is yet to be in the world of science, and she is also highly spiritual. Alina has shared that she has dealt with an extensive amount of hardships in her lifetime, and has thus become a huge fan of people like Thich Nhat Hanh, Richard Schwartz, and Carl Jung. What she has learned, experienced, in combination with her own healing to an extent, her faith, and her beliefs makes her passionate about sharing concepts through therapy that she hopes will work for you.

I’m currently in college working toward becoming a therapist so I can keep growing in the field. Outside of work, I’m big on LEGOs — it’s my way to slow down, focus, and be creative.

Having access to quality treatment in your local area won’t ensure recovery success if the environment that originally contributed to addiction remains unchanged around you. Familiar triggers, deeply rooted usage patterns, and relationships connected to substance use present ongoing obstacles that can sabotage even your most determined efforts toward sobriety. Treatment facilities positioned away from these familiar settings provide the cornerstone of Alliance Recovery’s Partial Hospitalization Program, offering intensive daily therapeutic intervention.
Comprehensive therapeutic programming defines our PHP in Los Angeles, serving as the highest level of outpatient care accessible for people transitioning from residential treatment or those needing more intensive support than traditional outpatient services offer. Each day brings structured treatment engagement before you return home in the evenings or reside at one of our partner sober living facilities. Creating healthy distance from triggering situations happens while maintaining important community ties through this treatment model.
Specialized recovery settings enable total concentration on healing instead of trying to change within daily chaos and constant interruptions. Evidence-based therapeutic approaches, medical oversight, and recovery-centered community support provide the essential structure needed for breaking down destructive patterns and building lasting sobriety principles.

Comprehensive daytime care defines PHP services, providing intensive therapeutic interventions while allowing clients to sleep comfortably at home each evening.
Most programs require participants to commit 5 to 6 hours per day throughout a standard 5-day weekly schedule.
Therapeutic offerings regularly include one-on-one counseling, collective therapy experiences, psychiatric medication management, and programs involving family members.
People needing more comprehensive support than IOP provides, while not requiring continuous residential monitoring, find this treatment level most beneficial.
Treatment duration generally spans 2 to 6 weeks, depending on each person’s therapeutic progress and individual clinical needs.
Most private insurance plans and Medicaid programs offer coverage, although exact benefits vary among different insurance providers.
Transitioning to less intensive outpatient services becomes appropriate when symptoms stabilize and clients demonstrate increased independence.
Continuous 24-hour supervision characterizes inpatient programs, while PHP provides concentrated daytime care with maintained home-based sleeping arrangements.
Morning and afternoon hours become structured around treatment, though evening time stays free, maintaining important family and personal connections.
Early adjustment challenges are expected, with treatment teams modifying program intensity to provide adequate support while preventing undue stress.
